Compassionate Virtual Psychotherapy for Women in New York and North Carolina
Hi, I’m Deana
I’m a relational, trauma-informed therapist who values warmth, collaboration, and genuine connection in the therapy space. My approach is gentle and supportive, with a focus on helping you navigate anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds in a way that feels safe and manageable.
I believe healing happens in the context of a trusting, non-judgmental relationship where your experiences are heard, honored, and deeply understood. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you as we build safety, self-awareness, and new ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is to support you in moving toward greater ease, connection, and a more authentic way of being in your life.
Sessions are offered online for adults in New York and North Carolina

Anxiety & Overthinking
We’ll explore how early experiences shape your relationships today, and practice new ways of being with yourself and others.
Together we’ll make gentle space for your pain, reconnect you with meaning, and move toward small, doable shifts.
We’ll slow things down so you can understand your patterns, feel less overwhelmed, and respond instead of react.
