About My Practice
Attachment Focused Therapy
I believe healing happens in the context of safe, meaningful relationships. My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory, which means I focus on the core emotional needs we all share-the need to feel seen, understood, accepted, and connected to others.
I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable showing up authentically and exploring their experiences without judgment. Together, we work to understand how early relationships and attachment experiences may have shaped patterns in self-worth, emotional regulation, and relationships. By increasing self-awareness and self-compassion, we can begin to heal attachment wounds and create new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
My educational background in Human Development helps me understand the emotional and developmental needs that may not have been fully met throughout childhood and adolescence. In therapy, I help clients reconnect with and nurture these parts of themselves so they can move toward greater fulfillment, resilience, and healthier relationships in adulthood.
